We at BG understand sometimes things do not go as smooth as we wanted and accidents do happen.  That is why at BG, we offer a mishap replacement for your cycling apparel (terms and conditions apply).

As long as you can provide the following:

1. Original proof of purchase (within one year of mishap)

2. A picture of the damaged item

We will be more than happy to replace you with a new item free of charge, excluding shipping fee.

Remarks

- Under some circumstances, we might need the damaged item back for constant product improvement purposes

- When a certain style has been discontinued and is no longer available to be replaced, we will replace it with an item with equal or higher in value, matching as close to the original item as possible
